In-person sessions happen at our home studio on the west side of Apex, NC. Coaching is also available online, wherever you live.
One home studio, a short drive from across the Triangle
Our two core services, Trauma-Informed Nervous System Coaching and IASIS Microcurrent Neurofeedback (MCN), are offered at 60 Songbird Ct, Apex, NC 27523. IASIS Neurofeedback, Developmental Movements, and Far Infrared Sauna are in person only; coaching is available in person or online. Appointments run Monday through Saturday, 8am to 7pm. Coaching is educational and supportive in nature. It is not therapy or mental health treatment and is not intended to replace appropriate medical or mental health care.
