Free 20-minute consultation
A relaxed phone conversation about what you are carrying and which approach might fit. No pressure, no obligation.
A conversation, not a sales pitch
The free consultation is a 20-minute phone call with Heather Wilson. There is nothing to prepare. We talk about what has been going on for you and what you are hoping for, then look together at which approach fits best:
- Trauma-Informed Nervous System Coaching, in person in Apex or online anywhere in the world
- IASIS Neurofeedback, in person in Apex, NC
- Developmental Movements
- Far Infrared Sauna
- or a referral elsewhere, if another kind of support would serve you better
Coaching and IASIS Neurofeedback are both core services, and each can be used on its own or together. Coaching is educational and supportive in nature. It is not therapy or mental health treatment and is not intended to replace appropriate medical or mental health care.
What we will cover
- What brings you here, and how it shows up in your body and your days
- What you have already tried, and what has or has not helped
- How each option works, what sessions look like, and practical details such as time and cost
- Whether in-person sessions in Apex or online coaching suits your life
- Any questions you have
Local or online, the first step is the same
The consultation is for anyone considering working with us: local clients interested in in-person sessions (we serve Apex, Cary, Raleigh, Durham, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina, Morrisville, Chapel Hill, and the greater Triangle region of North Carolina.), and people anywhere in the world interested in online coaching. If you are simply curious and not sure yet, that is welcome too.
What happens after
There is no expectation to book anything. If you would like to go ahead, we schedule your first session. If IASIS Neurofeedback is a fit, the next step is a free in-person intake and trial session. If something else would serve you better, we will say so and point you toward it.

Common questions
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. The 20-minute phone consultation costs nothing and comes with no obligation to book anything afterward.
Do I need to know which service I want?
No. Many people call simply knowing they want to feel better in their body. Working out which approach fits, if any, is what the call is for.
Can I book if I live outside North Carolina?
Yes. Online coaching is available to clients anywhere in the world, so the consultation is open to you too. Our hours are listed in Eastern Time.
