What's new
Every modality now has its own page: IASIS, somatic work, developmental movement, coaching, and sauna. We've also added a Learn section for the ideas underneath the work — start with the Polyvagal Theory primer if you've heard the term and want a clean explanation.
Why a blog now
Most days in the room we end up explaining the same handful of things — what to expect after a first IASIS session, why slow movement is so different from stretching, how to think about sleep when your nervous system is wound up. Writing those out means you can read them at your own pace, and we can spend the session on you.
